District Board of Polish Red Cross in Płock honored KAEFER SA for many years of public commitment in “We`re helping the needy – Be with us” action. Awarding of the certificates by the Mayor of Płock, an official patron of action, took place during private meeting of companies support of Polish Red Cross.

KAEFER SA in the 2010/2011 season is official partner of women`s basketball team – LOTOS Gdynia.
Team eleven times won the title of Polish Champions, two times title of Euroleague Vice Champions and World League Vice Champions in women`s basketball.
In 2009/2010 season team played fifteenth time in a row in Polish Championships finals, eleventh time won the title of Polish Champion and promotion to 1/8 finals of the Euroleague.

We keep our fingers crossed for another success of the team!

April 8th 2010 KAEFER SA represented by the Stanisław Juda, Regional Director South and Branch Office Zabrze Deputy Director gave the universal truck Ford Transit to Practical Training and Learning Centre in Zabrze represented by Ryszard Gruca, Director of Centre. This activity is continuation of cooperation started in this year and respond to needs of Learning Centre – budget didn`t allowed to buy a new car.
We hope that the car from KAEFER SA will be helpful to youth studying in Learning Centre in gaining practical mechanic knowledge and fulfill transport needs of school.
We hope that this form of support to Learning Centre will be a solid basis to good cooperation in the future.

Branch Office Zabrze take care about good image of the company – we joined to local sponsoring action! Our banner appeared in Sport Center “Sokołów” in Zabrze.

15th February 2010 the group of daredevils decided to give their blood. After preliminary medical test the blood from our employees was accepted. The whole action happened in very good moods. We hope that was the first but not least campaign of this type.

We would like to thanks all employees from KAEFER SA who was so brave and give their blood to help other people.

Employees of KAEFER SA from Region South participated in organization of “Noble package” action. After selecting a family and received a list of their needs our coworkers shared between themselves things that they will provide.

With the aid of our colleagues we filled eight boxes of food, cleaning products, sheets, towels, clothes and school aids for girls. We are very excited that thanks “Nobel package” our employees are the “Noble team”.

19th December 2009 in the Karol Szymanowski Music School of 1st and 2nd degree in Płock during charity concert Mrs. Dorota Mączewska on behalf of KAEFER SA received diploma signed by the Mayor and the Prefect of Płock – for many years of generous and disinterested support of humanitarian action: “We help the needy – be with us”.

We received the official thanks for the “support and help in realization of sports dreams” from KST UNIBAX from Toruń who won silver medal in Polish Team Championships in cinder-track racing in CenterNet Mobile Speedway of 2009 Extraleague.

UNIBAX for many years has a success in cinder-track racing and for many years Branch Office Toruń support club in their sports struggle.

20th October 2009 KAEFER SA organized in Silesian Center for Heart Diseases in Zabrze the performance for youngest patients from Department of Congenital Heart Diseases and Pediatric Cardiology.

Children had an opportunity to see professional actors presenting the most popular themes from fairytale in a comedy convention. We are so pleased that we could bring a smile to the faces of young patients and even for a moment away them from the hospital routine.

In gratitude young patients honored KAEFER SA the title "Friend of Children". We are very glad and thank you!

18th September 2009 in High School of Stanisław Małachowski in Płock – the oldest school in Poland, existing continuously since 1180 – took place plaque unveiling ceremony. The plaque is dedicate to students of Małachowianka who were murdered and martyred in the camps and places of exile in the USSR in 1939-1956.
Our Company also had a modest contribution in the ceremony – we helped in the preparation of stage roofing construction. On the stage took place the official speeches, mass and the performance prepared by students of Małachowianka under professionals actors care.

In 2009 National Labour Inspectorate conducted a nationwide campaign – “Work safety in building – falls, slipping”. This was one of the first campaign conducted on such large European scale. Campaign was promote by TV and radio spots and billboards near construction sites in the biggest cites in Poland.

KAEFER SA in cooperation with National Labour Inspectorate has printed posters about safety work at high, which were hung on each of our construction sites.

HSE Department of KAEFER SA, organized for employees first aid training. Although we all hope that we will not need use this knowledge, now everyone knows what to do in an emergency case.

South Region of KAEFER SA is located near the ciemna where was organized the children`s theater – puppet-show – to celebrate the Children's Day. Children were given sweets and small gadgets. In the background was apparent the new logo of KAEFER SA. Our company also helped in organization of concert in kindergarten in Zabrze where we promoted our new logo.

Children and their families spent a pleasant afternoon, and employees of KAEFER SA enjoyed being able to give them that opportunity.

IZOKOR Płock SA (now KAEFER SA) received honorary title Charity Oskar 2008 awarded by the Polish Red Cross. Distinction is thanks for long-term cooperation and assistance in work of PCK.
